The idea
Remove the current agreement that allows easy extradition of UK citizens to the US.
Why is it important?
The current agreement is operating in one direction only – which is unfair.
Any such agreement should be fairly balanced – currently it isn't working in the US to UK direction.
It allows easy extradition when there is not enough evidence to allow prosecution in the UK. We should not let UK citizens be prosecuted in these situations.
