The idea
Repeal overall ban of smoking in buildings and restore dedicated smoking areas.
Why is it important?
For those who still smoke, many are in over 50 and forcing them to go outside in cold/rainy conditions is ridiculous and adverse to their health. A dedicated area does not cause offence or harm to others. It is accepted in other European countries, why do we have to always try to exceed what is necessary for health and enjoyment of life.
