The idea
People should get a job on merit not Gender.
E.G:
In local a authority the job is always given to a woman if one of the final two is a woman.
As a result most jobs now seam to go to women especially top ones.
& then they then don't give jobs to men especially older experienced men,
because they see them as a potential threat.
Its not them or us just people should get a job on merit not Gender.
