The idea
One good example of reusing/recycling that we no longer have due to percieved health fears, and the newspaper never actually touched the food anyway it was just the insulation.
Why is it important?
It would save proprietors money by not having to buy special wrapping paper. They could perhaps then be persuaded to switch from polystyrene cartons to cardboard ones which break down quicker.
