The idea
Ban all face covering in public places, whether it is a Crash helmet, balaclaver or even a hood with a scarf wrapped around the face.
Why is it important?
This will stop people hiding teir identity. We already know of male persons on the run from the police hiding under a muslem religious garb. Yobs on the street hiding under hoodies and scarf. Demonstrators also covering their faces to stop being identified when they cause trouble.
