Freedom to Photograph Your Own Children

The idea

Revise the regulations/guidelines so that schools, nurseries, etc. can have a more balanced policy about parents being able to film or photograph at school events such as sports days, swimming galas, concerts, etc. Parents or grandparents want a chance to record special moments in their child's early years. Relatives should be permitted to film or photograph their own child among friends at a school or sports club event. Maybe in the case of swimming galas the school could produce one set of film/photographs so that there is control of content at that type of event.

Why is it important?

The present regulations/guidelines have restricted everyone's civil liberties.
