Remove regional assemblies and save the administrative cost to the taxpayer

To save money have a referendum to abolish the local assembly govenments and return the power to Westminster.

Instead  have regional groups elected by regional MP's to guide more local legislation in Westminster.

Why is it important?

It is simply crazy to have multiple elected government bodies.

The cost of effectively multiple electected governments must be astronomical to the tax payer.

England copes without a regional assembly so why are they needed?
