The idea
Encourage girls to wear skirts (appropriate, not mini) as part of their uniform. The visible difference in clothing would encourage girls to be more 'lady-like' inj behaviour, and boys more chivalrous towards them. And so help create better habits in adulthood.
Why is it important?
It would help lessen the laddish culture.
