The idea
To amend the law on smoking in Pubs to allow Equal conditions of comfort and security for both smokers and non smokers. Providing ventilated rooms (not open to the elements) for smokers with the same standard of comfort as non-smokers have.
Why is it important?
A Govenment can not expect respect, if it has none for a small portion of its innocent citizens.
