The idea
It is a ridiculous situation where at a road side vehicle check a motor mechanic can decide if a driver will receive a fine or points.It should only be the police who can do this.It is all getting very Stalinistic .They have VEHICLE ENFORCEMENT printed on their vans.The only ones who should be enforcing any thing is the police and customs not motor mechanics.It's getting to the stage now where anyone can fine you.Big brother is watching.
Why is it important?
I feel my idea is important because we seem to be getting controlled by all these agencies and executives.Is it any wonder that a lot of people will think twice about starting a business in this country with all the rules and regs.
