The idea
To repeal the claus in the SOCPA which forbids spontaneous protest within a half mile exclusion zone around Parliament Square.
Why is it important?
It is completely undemocratic and in no way in the interests of the UK people to forbid us the right to peaceful protest anywhere in the country, least of all where it most confronts the government.
