Retain non-digital radio broadcasting

The big idea

Reject the idea of a switch to digital radio broadcasting.

Why does this matter?

It is not needed or wanted by many sections of the public.

There are no advantages that appeal to me.

Reception in some areas is very poor or even non-existent.

A switchover to digital will be costly for listeners, especially where existing radios are integral parts of integrated equipment.

Digital radios consume a lot more electricity than others.

It will inevitable create a mountain of unwanted equipment to be disposed of.
