ALLOCATED LAND FOR FREE PARTIES & FESTIVALS

The idea is to approach local farmers, land owners for earmarked plots of land that are suitable, not too near residential areas, to organise free parties & festivals. Most of these type of events operate on a donation basis ,or generate free enterprise income with food, tea n coffee, clothes n jewellery stalls, and i'm sure the land owner could make some profit too.   These events would operate on a non exploitative basis. All operations can be organized through (nonrestrictive) local council (co-operation) in conjunction with( experienced free party organizers )   .One of the main things this idea would negate,is what we are suffering now= BINGE DRINKING + all its related problems in our towns & cities. I cannot emphasize enough the need for these type of events. During the Thatcher administration + unrepealed by Blair these type of events were stamped out via the CRIMINAL JUSTICE BILL. The country was suffering deep recession +cutbacks ,the youth culture had all its creative expression repressed.  This resulted in riots up and down the country (the queen was not amused) .The residue from this of wich we are suffering now is a culture of directionless youth who cannot express themselves in any other way than (BINGE DRINKING) + all its antisocial ramifacations  . This idea cannot & should not be taken to be shallow or petty in the least,it is a fundamental human right.

Why is this idea important?

TV licence fee should be reclassified as a civil offence – not a criminal offence

Please support amendments intended to ensure that the TV licence  fee is recoverable as a civil matter only, following non-payment and failure to respond to a notice issued by OFCOM – not a criminal offence.  This is an unfair and outdated penalty.

The television licence fee is a "despised compulsory impost" and should be scrapped.  The annual charge and the BBC should be funded by other means.

Time limit on civil laws,

Hello
I am not a very well man and have a heart problem and stomach condition. I must stay away from stress under all  circumstances. this boils down to my problem which I think is most unfair. Two solicitors have informed  me that I have been treated most unfairly  by the law. The reason I cannot correct this is the law on OUT OF TIME. Now  if you are in jail for murder and you can prove that you are not guilty there is no limit out of  time. Now because my case resolves around money there is a time limit. I can understand that you don't want to keep hearing the same old cases over and over again due to peoples' memory fading, documents get lost etc etc but when you can substantially prove that you have been treated wronglyand can prove it very easily with DOCUMENTS. You should be alowed to do so regardless of the time limit.

This country has a reputation for being fair and just but some times people are let down by the system and should ALWAYS ALWAYS  have an avenue to turn to, to put it right ,
I have suffered over  the years for something I did not do, that cannot be right. I hope I get a response from you on this  point. The bottom line is there should be always a way to rectify an issue in law and the time limit should not hinder it, should  you have the indisputable evidence backed by a solicitor, to prove your case
  Thank you
Barry Ryan
