The idea
The rio system, interfers with our rights to privacy. It can cause the spread of inaccurate information about patients. It increases stigmatisation of eg mental health patients. It is intrusive. It causes you to be NHS blacklisted. It is quite unnecessary. It takes away our freedom of annonymousity.
Scrap the NHS national RIO system, it is an expensive tool for spreading slander.
