Repeal Usury

Charging interest, though widely accepted, is not in the best interest
of the people.

Deuteronomy 23:19 Thou shalt not lend upon usury to thy brother; usury
of money, usury of victuals, usury of any thing that is lent upon
usury  http://jahtruth.net/kofkad.htm

Within The Law, altered as other contributions explain, is Law to free
us from debt.
Hidden within massive, illegal regulations, is Law, that benefits
people, world-wide.

1.  " In the fiftieth, the Year of Jubilee, every family must return
to its inheritance."

2. " The seventh year was called the Year of Release. Read about it in
the 15th chapter of Deuteronomy. Not only were all slaves released
from bondage, but in that year all debts must be forgiven."

The reality and simplicity of this is markedly obvious. The following

Administration Charges

Under the Commonhold Leasehold Reform Act 2002 notice has to be given where an administration charge is made. This really meant to cover long leasehold properties e.g. owner/occupied flats. The landlord cannot recover the administration charge without giving the notice. However it also applies to short term residential lets for assured tenancies/assured shorthold tenancies. This was really an unintended consequence. Tenants under short term lets are protected anyway under the consumer legislation contained in the Unfair Contract Terms Regulations. There is Office of Fair Trading guidance on this. Assured tenancy is not exceeding seven years in length (including assured shorthold tenancies) should be exempt from this requirement including periodic tenancies e.g. monthly tenancies.

Reform of Intellectual Property Rights laws

The wholesale reform of Patent and other Intellectual Property Rights laws to ones based upon the principle of a COMMON TREASUARY OF KNOWLEDGE & IDEAS rather than on the individual ownership of intellectual property.

Existing laws are currently hindering the development of ideas and the application of new technology such that many ideas are only developed to the extent that they make sufficient financial return for the IPR holder who then often chooses not to develop the idea further. In many cases the ideas behind patents are not developed at all, but registered to prevent the development of products that could compete with those of the IPR holder. Patents are often held by companies with no intention of making any investment in the idea, but with the hope of claiming royalties from someone else who subsequently develops the idea (often independently).

reform the laws regarding usury/banking

i would like to see the following reforms of the banking laws

1) the law that was put in place to bail out the banks

to the tune of £85 billion repealed

and the money returned to the public purse,

2) reform the law on credit card companies taking over another

credit card company, with regards to debts

for example i had an account with beneficial bank

the credit card rate was 20%

then marbles increased the interest rate to 37.9 %

when they took it over,

if a credit card company takes over another

they should not be able to pursue any of the old debts

of the company they have brought out,

3) cap the amount banks can charge on credit cards

to 8 %

4) increase the debt relief order from £15,000

to £30,000

so less people are made bankrupt
