The idea
I have seen britain turn in to a violent society in recent years and there is no punishment out there to stop it, no matter how hard to try to educate people it will maybe solve a very small % of violent offenders.
The prison system it very soft, i know people who commit crimes just to get in to prison as it is now a better option that working for a living.
It's time to actually get tough and mean it. I would suggest murderer's, rapist's & child sex offenders (peadophile's) should face a death sentence if found guilty of the offence.
This would save the tax payer hundred's of thousands of pounds as we would not be funding there 'good treatment' whilst in prison and also provide further space in prison for those who commit robbery & burglary. Then the courts can imposed tough sentencing on those pieces of scum.
I would expect there would be opposition from human rights group, but they need to get of their high horse and understand this is a 'REAL' problem which affects everyone.
People are not scared of our criminal justice system as it is too way, very pink and fluffy because of human rights etc.
I'm not the only one who has this opinion, many other people do. I think as a government you should put this to the people to vote rather than make the decisions yourself and you will get an idea of how strongly people feel about this idea.
. We need to get away from the treaty's we have signed and make Britain a strong country who will not be soft on those who willing commit crime
Why is it important?
This is an important idea to help make this country a safe place to be and I would strongly expect it would lower the fear of crime and would also save hundreds of thousands of pounds wasted on these scum who live better than some of those who are law abiding citizens trying to make a living.
You hear about people who have been convicted for serious offences only to be released, sometimes early, and then commit another very serious offence. They should lose their human rights immediately and face the most severe of punishments, Death!!!
This is a serious idea and I would ask that it is considered, i appreciate we have signed up to all these treaty's etc but it's time for change. Put this idea to the people of Britain and see the response.
