to amend the human rights law . if the person whos human rights are at risk ….is convicted of a crime that puts the lives of many people in danger .that person should have no rights ..and no judge , or anyone else. should use the law . to say that person must be allowed to live here in this country and that includes the eu. courts

The Act needs seriously adjusting to meet the needs of Great Britain, and not European.

This is one of the most abused pieces of legislation that has come out of Brussels. It should take into account the fact that people also have responsibility to the others – locally and more widely – not just rights. It is used for trivial cases of so called human rights when actually it is just about people wanting to get money as compensation.
We need to move away from this nanny state and make people be accountable for their actions. Rights and resonsibilities are needed and some common sense in its application so that people are not being forced into political correctness for fear it might upset someone's human rights!

Simply remove any law forced upon the uk by the eu.
Restore soveignty to the uk parliament as the only legitimate law maker.
Laws that fall under the juriisdiction of Europe must be repealed.

Repeal the entire Human Rights Act 1998.
Once the process for repeal is under way, begin to draft a new Human Rights Act – based on English law and precedent, rather than on European law.
Ensure that the new Human Rights Act contains provisions for protecting the rights of citizens of the UK who are not currently the serving a sentence for breaking UK laws.

the worst thing that ever happened to peoples rights is the Human Rights Act. it make a mockery of ordanary peoples rights whilst "protecting" crimanals and lunatics , wastes endless court time on trivial "rights" and has cost this country a fortune as well as its soverenty
it should be used for GROSS enfringements of rights not for contesting a speeding ticket or some other riddiculous triviallity
GET RID OF IT and repace it with COMMON SENSE !!

I would most like to see the European Human Rights law scrapped. This law is responsible for most the problems in today's society. It was created I'm sure with the best of intentions but does not work in practise. It provides an excuse for many terrorists to avoid deportation and has encouraged the growth of an army of Human Rights Lawyers who drain millions of pounds from the public purse in order to fight appeal after appeal for asylum seekers who should not be in the country in the first place.
