Remove Anti-Social Behaviour Orders

Comment 24th July 2010

Remove Anti-Social Behaviour Orders as described here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-Social_Behaviour_Order

Why does this matter?

The Anti-Social Behaviour Order can prevent people doing things that are legal, like when an 18-year-old male who was given an Anti-Social Behaviour Order that banned him from congregating with more than three youths, and he was subsequently arrested when he entered a very popular youth club. The subject scheduled for that day was how to deal with anti-social behaviour. Congregating with any amount of people causes no harm to anyone. This is why Anti-Social Behaviour Orders should be removed from law. There should be NO Anti-Social Behaviour Orders.
