Sedition – repeal New-Labour’s repeal of the death penalty for Treason

Comment 24th July 2010

Labour changed the law around treason/sedition and the death penalty was removed for treason against the British State.

Labour signed us up to the Lisbon Constitutional Treaty which imposes the death penalty on British Nationals who oppose a Federated European Superstate.

This injustice needs to be reversed, I would ask that the coalition Government consider their oath of allegiance to the British People and reverse the reversal by Labour – while promoting a referendum on IN/OUT of Europe as previously promised by all parties and promised by Nick Clegg at the last General Election (if they were elected) … but so far not mentioned.

Why does this matter?

Because a majority of the British Public repeatedly confirm they want to have a say in this matter.
